To register for U8-U10 RED &/or Developmental team: 

1. Select "Placements RED & Developmental U8-U10" from online registration menu (link, left).
2. Contact David Cosgrove to schedule evaluation.
3. After assigned to team, go back online and register for "RED  & Developmental U8-U10" and pay via credit card ($130).
4. After teams are formed, coaches will receive auto-filled TSA Membership forms to distribute to team parents.
5. Coaches or managers collect from team:
   1. TSA Mem forms (no need to notarize)
   2. Copies of birth certs of new players to club
6. Coaches or managers mail or drop off copies of above paperwork and admin forms (links below) to:
