U8-U10 Developmental Program

	Developmental teams provide enthusiastic young players (U8, U9 & U10) the opportunity to develop their talent under the direction of a qualified coach. The training environment is geared towards preparing players for our Competitive U11 to U18 program.
	What you can expect: Six-month Season: September - February. Qualified coaches with playing and/or coaching experience. Competitive, but FUN developmental environment with supervision, advice, encouragement, and instant feedback. Practice 2X/week; optional technical training 1X week. Teams are organized according to motor development, technical ability, & physical maturity. Teams play city-wide in PCJSL. Teams will enter local tournaments.			Registration fees cover the costs for: Dues: Arizona Youth Soccer Association Pima County Junior Soccer League Official TSA uniform Field fees including lights Administration fees Fees do not include $50/mo. coaching fees or tournament expenses.
	Uniform The official TSA uniform consists of a game jersey, shorts, t-shirt, and pair of socks. Nike is the official equipment supplier of TSA and uniforms will be distributed at the beginning of the season. Other items needed: Shin guards (required for practices and games) Soccer shoes (not required but highly recommended) Size 4 ball
