I would just like to remind you that the TSA Youth Academy ("Y Academy") will be starting up again in February, running from February 22 through April 4. The Y Academy is a simple concept aimed at solidifying the foundations of the classic soccer family by providing their young children with an early, expert, and fun introduction to the beautiful game of soccer.

 

The Y Academy will be available to 100 children, with many spots still open, ages 5-10 years old, for early grooming in the special techniques and artistry of the game of soccer. It is our firm belief, supported by world-wide precedents of exceptional players, that the love affair between a child and his soccer ball MUST start early.

 

As with all our Academy teams, the Y Academy is for families who are interested in giving their little ones a realistic and timely opportunity to excel in the sport, while simultaneously having fun. In addition to starting early, it is important that the training environment is appropriate and tailored to the developmental needs of each child. With that in mind, all Y-Academy sessions are prepared and run by our extensive pool of highly qualified and experienced Academy coaches.

 

The cost for the 6 week session is $100.00 ($175 if you sign up for both the spring and fall sessions). Each player will receive the following:

 

1 Size 3 Ball

2 Y Academy Training T-shirts

1 Y Academy Backpack

2 training sessions per week w/ Academy coaches

Mondays- Technical/Skill training

Wednesdays - Soccer game

 

Sessions will be out at Rillito Fields 1 and 2, from 5 – 6 pm. Our Spring Session this last year reached our cap of 100 players, so sign up early while there are still spots open and, please, feel free to invite your friends! I look forward to seeing you out there.
