The Arizona Institute of Sports Medicine at University Physician Healthcare is offering a program to TSA when it comes to sports-related concussions. Athletes will be seen free of charge for evaluation and treatment of their concussion.

AZISM has set up an email to inquire about the service at: Concussions@uph.org. There parents/guardians can put their information and within 24 hours a member of the UPH staff will contact you. Talk to your head coach or team manager for more information.
